Saturday

Food shopping, eating and baking, Man Utd V Spurs, then tea and curly Wurlys in front of the TV watching a Dexter Marathon..... You don't get much more Rock n roll than this on a Saturday night!!

Thursday

Back at work and worn out. Today we took 56 five year olds to London Zoo, phew! Fun but tiring!
My tomato plant is growing, so are my sweet peas. Is it sad that this really excites me?

Bits of the weekend

We walked alot in the lovely weather, we ate chili and Henrik (who is learning to cook) made a delicious mushroom stroganoff, we shopped, went to the cinema and had picnics in the park,Henrik painted his soldiers and I faffed about sorting and re-arranging and made a mini greenhouse for all my seedlings on the windowsill. Back to work tomorrow after a lovely two week break.

Trays,trays,trays

My two week holiday has come to an end and Im back to school on Monday (about time too I say as it's got to the point where Im arranging and photographing my trays!! ha ha) That said I cannot resist a nice tray!

Thursday eve

Henrik loves history and war so it was hard to refuse when he took over my little desk area to build a tank and some soldiers! Bless him, beavering away painting his soldiers (in the meantime I have been relagated to the dining table, but thats ok!)

wheezer

I stayed over at a friends house who has cats(thats Sid above, isn't she cute?) last night, and today Im wheezing like a trooper only to discover that it may not be my cat allergy but all the volcanic ash sitting over England from Iceland's recent eruption, so now Im on the sofa clutching my inhaler and having a marathon session of Greys Anatomy!

Kempton Antique Fair

Yesterday me and my friend got up early to visit Kempton Antique Fair but sadly it was not worth the long journey on this occasion. I cant really complain though as I've had such good luck recently with thrifting, I did get a little tin globe but it was more of a "Oh my god, we have driven all this way so someone has to buy something!!" purchase!
New products in my little SHOP

In these times of recession....

...... I think this bag Henrik gave me rings true!

First Picnic

Just had our first picnic of the year on Hampstead heath, everywhere looks so springy. I have never looked forward to summer as much as I am this year after our arctic style winter!
The only downside to the sun this week is that already it has dyed my eyebrows almost white so I'm looking slightly alien-like!

In bloom

My little balcony garden is in bloom. The herbs are growing and today it's warm enough for flip-flops! (I'm desperate for a pedicure though...)

The Breakfast Club

As well as being a great film its also my favourite meal of the day, especially now that I have two weeks off work and I'm in no rush...

Kent (part IV)

Yep, still pictures from Kent!
