I love the packing on these sweets I bought back from Norway. I've been savouring them for the last few weeks but now they have all gone and all thats left is the lovely packaging...
Im a good cook but a terrible baker as I hate reading recipes. I hate being specific about amounts and I suppose thats pretty important! BUT I have managed to make up this banana bread recipe and its delicious (so much for my diet!) if you, like me are not into doing as you are told! I also replace the ounces for table spoons, even easier!
